Directions: Dilute X-Phactor 2 to 3 scoops per gallon of warm to hot water (4 to 6 ounces per gallon). Hot water aids in dissolving. Apply liberally to the area to be cleaned. Allow 5-10 minutes dwell time and agitate as needed. Do not allow solution to dry before extraction, work in areas small enough to keep wet before extraction. For best results, extract with appropriate high pressure tile tools.
