DO NOT USE WITHOUT DILUTING.

Obliterate Liquid Formula must be diluted for maximum effect at 16:1 (8 oz. per gallon of water)

For professional use only. Shake well before using.

FOR NORMAL TREATMENT:

Lightly spray on freshly cleaned surfaces or items. Ensure physical contact to all affected areas, as deodorizing only takes place with physical contact.

FOR ODOR DAMAGED AND PROBLEM AREAS:

Spray diluted Obliterate Liquid Formula solution at saturation levels.

- 400 sf/gal on hard surfaces.

- 300 sf/gal on exposed carpet backings or porous concrete.

- 200 sf/gal on direct glue down carpet.

- 150 sf/gal on direct glue down with cushion.

- 100 sf/gal on stretch-in carpet with cushion.

Ensure saturation in all areas, allow 15 minute dwell time, then towel dry or vacuum only extract.

AIR SPACE FOGGING:

Fog diluted Obliterate Liquid Formula only in unoccupied structures, wearing a full face organic vapor respirator with pre-mist filter for eye and respiratory protection. Use chemical resistant gloves and appropriate protective clothing. Fully ventilate before re-occupying.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS:

Keep Out of Reach of Children. Avoid contact with eyes or skin. Wear eye protection and gloves when mixing. Wash thoroughly after handling. Use only in well ventilated areas. Avoid breathing of mist or vapors. Do not swallow. Do not spray in eyes.

FIRST AID:

EYE CONTACT: Immediately flush with plenty of water. If irritations persists, call a physician.

SKIN CONTACT: Flush skin with plenty of water. If irritation persists, call a physician.

INGESTION: Drink plenty of water. Do not induce vomiting. Avoid alcohol. Call a physician.

INHALATION: Remove to fresh air. If irritation persists, call a physician.

NOTICE:

Obliterate Liquid Formula contains dilute chlorine dioxide which may bleach unstable dyes. Most Dyes are stable but always test for colorfastness. It is the responsibility of the applicator to ensure color loss is not a factor. The Manufacturer accepts no liability for damage.
